This manufactured home community lies very near the Pacific Ocean, and once boasted a Manager's Office built to look like a long house, with two large tikis guarding the entrance. The tikis were removed sometime in the mid- to late-2000s, and today nothing noteworthy remains.
Never mind this place, check out the neighboring gated community (3500 Beach Road) which features an A-frame guard shack, several cement tikis, gas fueled tiki torches and bamboo up the wazoo at the entrance. There are several tikis (I spotted 3) and palapas located around homes. They are visible from Coast Hwy.
There is nothing to see here. The Manager's office is just a house with a slightly unusual roof in that it sweeps upwards a little at the ends Chinese style. According to the manager the two tikis at the entrance were removed, "about five years ago."
